New Meaning of the word "THANKFUL"

We were most grateful for our special Thanksgiving this year. Nothing makes you praise God for miracles like having a child. This incredibly perfect combination of the two of you that causes you to love one another in ways you havent yet experienced. I love seeing Josh as a dad. The holidays are like nothing before when you have a child included in the celebrations. This year I thank God for new life and being able to create and give life with the one I love the most.

A walk through the "wooded" woods...yeah thats right.

Queen of Quite-A-Lot

Our little Madster is so incredibly fun and exciting these days. She is a completely different baby than she was just weeks ago. To start, she is sleeping from 7pm to 7am with one break in the middle to eat. Then at 7am she gets up to hang out with daddy while he's getting ready for work, and I get to sleep. Then he puts her down before he leaves and she sleeps for another few hours! Its absolutly amazing that it has become this easy! We are so unbelievably blessed. She rarely cries at all these days and just loves to hang out. As you can see below though, she hates hats! Its so funny. She absolutly hates anything touching her head. Just recently I put he into her exersaucer, and even though she is way too little, I packed her in really tight and she just thought it was the most grown up, and exciting thing since sliced bread...not that she eats bread, but you know. She pushes her little feet off the ground and her eyes are just huge as she surveys the abundance of colorful and noisy shiny objects that surround her. I think she actually gets a little overwhelmed. She cant take too much of it, it just really wares her out, and then she's ready for another nap. She is so much fun though. Shes starting to use her hands to touch things, and she knows her name and will turn her head to look at you from across the room. She is talking a ton and dad almost had her laughing last night, or so he says.
